6. Order Processing and Shipping
All physical product orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or customs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.
7. Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
For physical products, we don't typically accept returns/exchanges because each product is made to order with you in mind, we do all we can to ensure your product gets to you complete and whole in top-notch condition please do your part and be sure to reference the sizing chart for measurements to make sure you get the size that will fit you best, in very rare cases something slips through the cracks and within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective. You must email us at Kayvee@heartbreakhustle.com with photo proof to begin the process.
