Return & Exchange Policy

At Heartbreak Hustle, we’re committed to making sure you love what you ordered. Because each of our products is made on demand, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit under specific conditions outlined below.

Digital Products

All digital product sales (including ebooks, guides, downloads, templates, and journals) are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital delivery, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital content.

Physical Products (Apparel, Mugs, etc.)

We do not accept returns for physical products unless there is a defect or error with your order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right with an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Email support@heartbreakhustle.com with your order number and photo(s) of the issue

  • Once approved, we will issue either a replacement item or store credit

Conditions for Exchange or Store Credit

  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition (if applicable)

  • We do not issue exchanges for size issues unless the product was mislabeled

No Returns or Refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Size, fit, or color dissatisfaction (please check our size guides before purchasing)

  • Delayed shipments due to carrier delays

  • Orders placed with incorrect address information (customer is responsible for entering correct details)

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll do our best to assist you.
