At Heartbreak Hustle, we ship empowering products straight to your doorstep (or inbox) with care. Because most of our physical products are made to order, please read below for important shipping details and timelines.


Order Processing Times

  • Physical Products: All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing before your order ships.

  • Digital Products: Instant delivery via email. If you don’t receive your digital file within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or email us at support@heartbreakhustle.com.


Shipping Times (After Processing)

Shipping times vary based on your location and carrier service level. Estimated delivery windows (after the 2–7 day processing time) are:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–8 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note: These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times. Unexpected delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control.


🌎 International Shipping

We ship worldwide! However, international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.


🛑 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.


📥 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

If you have not received your tracking info within 10 business days of your order, please contact us at support@heartbreakhustle.com.


❗️Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Heartbreak Hustle is not liable for:

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Customs holds or import taxes

However, we want you to be satisfied. If your package is lost in transit and tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, reach out and we’ll do our best to help resolve it.
